Binance US wants you to deposit the money, they want to charge you for every transaction and when you want your money back then you cant have it because hey have to “verify” something? This is insane that a company like this is still operating stealing from people. The verification process takes forever and my account got locked without clear reason.

A fraudulent company sets up and then changes the prices as if nothing happened. They told me that it was because of the decrease in value there, but the value will not decrease. Companies on Trustpilot aren’t allowed to offer incentives or pay to hide reviews. 2 months of waiting and still no business verification. I spent hours filling out their endless form and, despite contacting support twice, all I got was vague responses like “the internal department is handling it.” This process has been a complete waste of time and money. Binance has been my go-to for trading and managing crypto.

If you’re thinking about trusting this company, don’t. They clearly don’t care once they have your money. Not your keys not your wallet, this goes for any exchange but Binance really has no right to even exist, this “company” is shady and is registered in the Seychelles, that’s right. An offshore company that doesn’t pay taxes and has their own rules which they interpret as they please. They requested confidential information about transactions which I refused to provide and subsequently my account was suspended and closed.
I’m just so sick of these actions, if they can simply let me get my money out of their exchange, I’ll be gone for good. Offering incentives for reviews or asking for them selectively can bias the TrustScore, which goes against our guidelines. Binance US steal from you, stay away.

Every question I had was answered quickly, and I always felt supported along the way. Binance doesnt offer any supportI am trying to get my crypto from Binance to Coinmerce, because they were migrating to Coinmerce.It has been nearly 5 months and counting. Still no crypto, still no help, stil no progress.Binance and Coinmerce are still ‘looking for a solution’. No way to get verified as an H1B foreign national. They do not accept a valid US Driving Licence as it says “Limited-Term” and they do not accept I-797 which is a valid work authorization document.
I have not seen this dramatic of a APY shift on any other wallet or exchange, over a 75% change in offered rewards, kind of like a bait and switch with no other warnings given. I also had to pay to transfer my tokens to your binance review trustpilot exchange for staking. So as a new crypto user, this is not inspiring confidence in your platform.
This is the worst exchange in the world. I sent my USDT (5 figures) in Polygon format from my Ledger just to convert to ERC-20 and send out. Their online chat has been unresponsive for 24.

E-mail gets an automatic response and NO ACTION. When this saga is eventually resolved, I will close the account for ever. I’m actually thinking of getting my lawyer involved if this is not resolved in one week.

Then when the guy got in, he was slow as hell. That’s not good customer service, but at least maybe they’re not trying to rip me off and I can get into my account.

Their advertising links with Binance.com. They are sister companies but do not offer the same product. I tried subscribing to Binance.com but it directed me to Binance.us. I assumed that they sold the same product and made a deposit incurring a fee. When I tried buying the crypto I wanted they did not offer it it would not refund my entire deposit even though they know they have misleading advertising. I would highly recommend using crypto.com over them.
